Classic Sparkler

Pale to medium straw yellow with lots of fine bubbles!

Aromas of vibrant white flowers, green apple, green pear & baked rolls.

Flavors of tart citrus. Very dry on palate with pronounced minerality & crisp acidity, when labeled "Brut".

A blend (cuvée) usually based on Pinot Blanc & Pinot Noir grapes but can include Riesling & Chardonnay.

High quality French sparklers not from Champagne but crafted the same way, are often labeled Crémant ("creamy") & are typically less expensive. Sweetness levels are labeled the same as Champagne.

Serve it cold. A great summertime drink & for Sunday Brunch buffets.
