Pale to medium straw yellow with moderate bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, ripe apple & tropical fruits.

Subtle flavors of citrus especially peach & apricot with lite honey. Crisp & dry on the palate when labeled "Brut", very dry when "Extra Brut" but slightly sweet when labeled "Extra Dry". Lower in alcohol then many other Classic Sparklers.

Value priced! A great Italian aperitif. The higher quality ones are labeled DOCG & often labeled "Superiore".

Made from Glera grapes (85% min.) with amounts of Verdiso, Bianchetta Trevigiana, Perera, Glera lunga, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio & even Pinot Noir.

Rosé Prosecco from Prosecco DOC Rosé is a recent new style made from 85-90% Gelera & 10-15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) & must be "Millesimato" (Vintage) Labeled.

Flavors range from vibrant cherry, wild strawberry & rasberry to citrus.

Valdobbiadene-Conegliano Superiore DOCG & Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG
