Northern Rhone Whites
White Flowers
Roasted Nuts 2
Honey

Floral, Round & Honeyed

Often a blend of Marsanne & Roussanne typically little oak influence.

Marsanne has aromas of roasted nuts, pears, white peaches, honeydew melon, white flowers & marzipan with a rich oily texture & sweetness.

Ages very well & deepens in color, complexity & adds honeyed flavors.

Roussanne has herbal, tea-like, aromas with flavors of pear and honey with notable intensity.

Acidity can be high if picked under-ripe, but if left on the vine too long alcohol levels can breach 14 percent.

When blended with Marsanne, it provides aromatic intensity to complement its richer counterpart's structure and body.

A classic Rhone French blend creating a dry, rich & complex wine with a silky, exotic & oily texture.

The blend pairs with all types of seafood & shellfish, especially the richer varieties like lobster, crab, shrimp, seabass, clams, mussels & bouillabaisse. Pairs perfectly with chicken, veal, pork dishes, spicy flavors & Asian cuisine.

Also compliments cream sauces & both hard & soft cheese.
